* MINI LIVER/GALLBLADDER FLUSH
To prepare this Liver Flush, squeeze the juice of one or two lemons (use the white pulp from the lemons as well), add one tablespoon of organic cold-pressed olive oil and one or two minced cloves of garlic. If this is too strong use a small piece of ginger root instead. This is a great tonic and cleanser for the liver.
After drinking this mixture, relax or exercise for half and hour and then drink a couple of cups of warm seed tea. Either fennel, anise, caraway, or fenugreek.
Make this by adding two level teaspoons of seeds to two cups of water and simmer for 15 minutes in a covered glass or ceramic pot. Let it steep for another 15 minutes and drink in sips over the course of 10 minutes or so.
This tea assists the action of the Liver flush and also acts as a relaxant and carminative (relieves gas) in the digestive tract. In another half hour eat a light breakfast.
Repeat this cleanse once, twice and eventually 3 times per week. Couple these procedures with a WEEKLY COLONIC as the liver can only release toxins effectively when the elimination channels are open!
When you feel strong enough you can change to every other day for a week or two and then daily for 3 days. After that take a break and repeat just the 3 day cleanse coupled with a colonic on a monthly basis to support the liver throughout the year.
If you are a veteran "cleanser" you may want to venture into a liver and gallbladder flush as outlined in such books as THE AMAZING GALLBLADDER AND LIVER CLEANSE by Andreas Moritz.
